Tổng quan

  • Prepare the deployment master plan for all activities with the Brand Manager (BM).
  • Plan content across all brand social channels and media.
  • Prepare checklists and timelines for offline activations and engagement activities.
  • Prepare the calendar for brand activities.
  • Prepare brand briefs for internal Marketing teams, including Design, Creative, Digital, and PNS.
  • Prepare content for all brand social media posts and marketing materials.
  • Work with media partners, including magazines, KOLs/KOCs, and online communities across multiple platforms.
  • Produce brand social media videos.
  • Execute offline activities according to the approved checklist and timeline, working closely with other departments.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers for production and service requirements.
  • Follow tasks delegated by the Brand Manager.
  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders to execute offline activations and engagement activities.
  • Prepare payment and service-related documents in coordination with the Operations team.
  • Positive team player with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Events, Agency, Team Building, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in a related field. Background in Hospitality, Retail, Fashion, or Trade is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to create and follow detailed checklists.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to generate and propose new ideas.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
