Tổng quan

Lead and oversee all customs declaration, customs clearance, and trade compliance activities for all group companies, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely clearance, and cost optimization.
Manage import and export customs operations, including customs declarations, Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications, documentation control, and resolution of customs-related issues.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export tax policies, and legal requirements while managing customs audits, post-clearance inspections, and compliance risks.
Standardize import/export processes under the Shared Service model by developing SOPs, KPIs, and risk monitoring systems.
Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on Incoterms, HS Code classification, import/export models, and cost transparency.
Lead, coach, and develop the customs team, including succession planning and professional training.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
