Tổng quan

Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on matters relating to corporate operations, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts, agreements, internal regulations, policies, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
Partner with cross-functional departments to provide timely legal support and resolve legal issues arising from day-to-day business operations.
Manage and maintain the Company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademark registration, renewal, and protection.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assess legal risks, and recommend appropriate actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Prepare legal opinions, reports, and other documentation as requested by the direct manager.
Perform other legal and compliance-related duties assigned by the direct manager.
