- Design Management
- Lead and coordinate design consultants throughout all stages of the design development process.
- Guide and oversee design quality from concept development and master planning through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, including master planning, architecture, interior design, landscape, lighting, signage, kitchen planning, and other specialist disciplines depending on project requirements.
- Review and evaluate design proposals by balancing design excellence, technical feasibility, investment costs, operational efficiency, and commercial value.
- Project Development
- Participate in feasibility studies and the conceptual development of new real estate projects.
- Recommend design strategies that enhance customer experience, maximize investment returns, and increase long-term asset value.
- Collaborate with hotel operators, international consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure designs comply with brand standards and operational requirements.
- Project Execution
- Work closely with the Project Management Unit throughout the construction phase, particularly during the finishing stages.
- Coordinate design-related matters among consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
- Review and evaluate material submissions, mock-ups, shop drawings, and design changes during construction.
- In-house Design
- Prepare Concept and detailed designs for internal projects assigned by senior management.
- Produce concepts, presentation materials, renderings, approval packages, and other documentation supporting project development.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for Board of Directors.
- Participate in meetings with consultants, business partners, operators, and internal departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of the Project Management Department.
