Plan and execute product declaration activities; obtain licenses, certificates and approvals from state authorities so that products are fully compliant for manufacturing and commercialization.
Review declaration dossiers to ensure information is accurate, consistent and compliant with applicable regulations.
Control dossier timelines to ensure products are registered and declared in line with the company's launch plan.
Work directly with regulatory authorities to ensure dossiers are processed correctly and on time.
Monitor and update food safety legislation, standards and technical regulations; advise internal stakeholders to keep company activities compliant.
Maintain, store and control product registration records — complete, accurate and easy to retrieve — and support internal and external requests for product documentation.
Analyze and propose amendments, supplements or re-registration of product dossiers; support periodic quality testing and post-market inspection requirements.
Partner with R&D, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain on new product development, formula and packaging changes, and label/claim review.
