  • We are looking for a talented Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our technical team and contribute to the development and scaling of our web and mobile backend systems.
  • In this role, you will be directly involved in system architecture design, performance optimization, security, scalability, and the application of AI tools in the software development lifecycle.
  • WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
  • Design and build RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Realtime systems (WebSocket)
  • Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  • Collaborate closely with Frontend, Product, and QA teams
  • Optimize system performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical discussions
  • Apply AI tools in coding, debugging, testing, and technical documentation
  • Follow and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Must-have
  • Strong experience with Node.js
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful API, Microservices, and WebSocket
  • Experience with PostgreSQL và Redis
  • 3+ years of backend development experience
  • Hands-on experience with production systems
  • Understanding of CI/CD and Git workflow
  • AI Tool Experience
  • Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor
  • Ability to apply AI for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation
  • Nice to Have
  • Basic frontend knowledge, Next.js
  • Experience in tourism / e-commerce / booking systems
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda)
  • Proficient in AI-assisted software development (Vibe Coding) using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT
  • Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills within engineering teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
