Tổng quan

  • Contract Review & Legal Documentation
  • Review, draft, and revise domestic and international contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Assess legal risks and propose appropriate legal/business solutions.
  • Standardize legal templates, forms, and internal legal procedures.
  • Legal Advisory & Compliance
  • Provide legal advice related to the company’s business activities, including labor law, commercial law, intellectual property, corporate law, and other relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Handling of disputes, complaints, and litigation matters when required.
  • Licensing & Administrative Procedures
  • Prepare and process licenses, permits, and other administrative/legal procedures required for company operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
  • Education: Bachelor of Law or higher
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the field of law
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written), the ability to use legal English fluently is an advantage.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible in handling legal matters.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Professional mindset with high integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to changes in the working environment.
