  • Sales Strategy & Target Management
  • Develop and execute the export sales strategy and annual sales plan for assigned product lines (pepper, coffee, cashew, spices) in line with company objectives.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive the team to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities to advise on pricing and business strategy.
  • Team Management & Development
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team (Sales Staff) to ensure productivity and professional growth.
  • Set individual KPIs, review performance, and provide training on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer management.
  • Recruit and build a strong, motivated sales team as the business scales.
  • Key Account & Market Development
  • Manage and grow relationships with key international customers and strategic accounts.
  • Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to expand export revenue.
  • Represent the company in key contract negotiations and high-value deals.
  • Attend major international trade fairs and business trips to build the company's market presence.
  • Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with Production, QC, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution, on-time delivery, and healthy cash flow (payment terms, credit control).
  • Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Board of Management.
  • Propose improvements to sales processes, policies, and systems (CRM, pricing, contracts) to increase efficiency.
