  • Rewards Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain regular and ad-hoc compensation and benefits reports for management and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor key reward metrics including labor cost, payroll analysis, salary movement, incentive effectiveness, headcount cost, and productivity indicators.
  • Support annual compensation review processes, salary benchmarking, budgeting, and workforce cost planning.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of compensation and employee data.
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to improve accessibility of reward-related information.
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate and administer the end-to-end Performance Management process, including goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation, calibration, and performance reporting.
  • Generate performance analysis reports and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for talent and organizational development.
  • Support the enhancement and continuous improvement of performance frameworks, rating methodologies, and related policies.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address performance management inquiries and provide guidance on process implementation.
  • HR Transformation & Digitalization
  • Support in HR transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and digital adoption.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, conduct testing, and drive user adoption.
  • Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials for newly implemented digital tools.
