Overall Job Responsibilities/Nhiêm vụ Tổng quát của Công việc:
Manage and optimize the company e-commerce website, including product pages, checkout flow, payment methods, content, and customer experience.
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey (Traffic → Landing → Cart → Checkout → Payment → Purchase) to improve conversion rates and online sales performance.
Manage and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking systems, and performance dashboards.
Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels to maximize ROAS and acquisition efficiency.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and propose UI/UX, content, checkout, and payment improvements based on data analysis and customer behavior insights.
Monitor key e-commerce KPIs, prepare business performance reports, competitor analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, Customer Service, and external vendors to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and customer experience.
