● Identify and develop corporate clients with offi ce interior design, renovation, and fi t-out needs.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
● Understand clients’ needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to propose suitable solutions.
● Coordinate with relevant internal teams throughout the proposal, quotation, bidding, and negotiation process.
● Manage and follow up on assigned projects; proactively engage with clients, coordinate key activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
● Follow projects from initial engagement, proposal, and negotiation through contract signing and execution; maintain strong client relationships throughout and after project completion.
● Take ownership of individual sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
