Executive Support
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO in managing daily business operations and strategic priorities.
Manage schedules, business meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing documents.
Strategic Projects
Support the CEO in planning, coordinating, and monitoring strategic investment projects across the Group.
Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Conduct market research, business analysis, and prepare executive reports to support investment decisions.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
Represent the CEO in meetings or business engagements when delegated.
Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal departments, subsidiaries, and external partners.
Interpretation & Translation
Provide professional interpretation during executive meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
Translate contracts, legal documents, presentations, reports, and business correspondence between English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
Business Travel
Accompany the CEO on domestic and international business trips.
Coordinate logistics, meeting agendas, documentation, and follow-up activities during business visits.
