Tổng quan

Support insurance placement and administrative activities, including data collection, quotations, comparisons, policy documents and endorsements, payment, filling, etc.
Handle client enquiries and provide advice on insurance coverage, risks and contractual matters.
Coordinate and resolve issues with clients, insurers and relevant stakeholders.
Assist Account Manager in negotiating competitive renewal terms, quotations and mid-term adjustments.
Support Account Managers for market profile, translation, presentations, insurance seminars and training activities.
Assist Head of Department to prepare reports.
Coordinate with Operations and Claims teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Follow up with Accounting on premium collection and other assigned tasks.
