  • Business strategy and planning:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the social commerce project across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee-Live…. ect
  • Propose and implement platform-specific initiatives to drive follower growth, revenue growth, and conversion rates.
  • Master platform logic, user insights, and market and platform direction to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Based on knowledge and market changes, continuously refine and optimize the project strategy.
  • Performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and operate livestream campaigns and short-form content initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize social commerce campaigns to drive revenue, traffic, and conversion, ensuring strong platform performance.
  • Coordinate the setup and delivery of sales campaigns, including (sample) product management, product invitations, seller deals, platform/ seller/ MCN vouchers, and commission sharing structures.
  • Assortment strategy & optimization
  • Analyzing sales data and customer trends, aligning assortments with financial and strategic goals
  • Determine which products and brands and their variations to introduce, maintain, or discontinue to create a balanced assortment.
  • PnL/Resources monitoring
  • Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on results.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, monitor cost-efficiency, and manage resources to ensure high return on investment (ROI) and ensure revenue.
  • Leadership & Human Management
  • Lead and develop team members.
  • Resolve team issues and coordinate with other teams.
  • Maintain team morale and a collaborative work environment.
