Source and purchase goods based on departmental requests; track the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery to the end-user (including acceptance testing, if applicable).
Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure reasonable costs and high-quality standards.
Monitor and follow up on the payment process to suppliers.
Gather feedback from internal departments regarding the quality of purchased goods and communicate it to suppliers.
Collaborate with the logistics department, factory, and relevant teams to ensure goods are received in the correct type, quantity, and quality.
Work closely with the factory Quality Assurance (QA) team to monitor product quality and handle returns/exchanges with suppliers when necessary.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
