Tổng quan

  • Extract, process, and analyze data from core business systems (sales, marketing, customer care, …) to answer business questions and drive decisions.
  • Build and optimize operation dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI and Superset to support decision-making across business units
  • Query and model data on Databricks (Spark SQL, Delta/Unity Catalog) to support deep-dive analysis beyond descriptive reporting.
  • Analyze customer segmentation, funnels, retention, and campaign effectiveness preferred within the healthcare domain (vaccines, pharmacy retail, clinical services).
  • Identify insights, trends, and anomalies in data, and proactively propose data-driven solutions to stakeholders.
  • Work directly with Business teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analysis.
  • Collaborate with Data engineers to ensure stable infrastructure, and with Analysts/BUs to ensure data is accurate, well-documented, and easy to consume.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering.
  • Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions) with hands-on experience in Databricks/Spark SQL.
  • Experience building professional dashboards in Power BI (advanced DAX) and/or Superset.
  • Solid analytical thinking: descriptive statistics, customer segmentation, cohort/funnel analysis.
  • Experience or familiarity with the healthcare/pharma domain (vaccines, clinical services, pharmacy retail) is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
