Lead & Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies, salary structures, and reward frameworks aligned with business objectives
Manage annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, salary adjustments, and budget planning.
Analyze compensation trends, pay positioning, compression risks, and internal equity issues.
Conduct market benchmarking using salary surveys and external market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Maintain salary ranges, grading structures, and job architecture frameworks.
Maintain and enhance vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery and compliance of benefits programs.
Design, administer, and monitor short-term and long-term incentive programs.
Support annual bonus, sales incentive, commission, and retention bonus programs
Calculate incentive payouts and ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance with approved policies
Evaluate incentive effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive business performance.

Manage employee benefit programs including wellness initiatives, allowances, and other related benefits
Support employee communication and education regarding benefit programs.
HR Analytics & Governance
Develop and maintain Total Rewards dashboards, reports, and workforce cost analyses.
Provide insights on payroll costs, compensation trends, benefits utilization, and reward effectiveness.
Support annual staff cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning exercises.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, tax requirements, social insurance regulations, and internal governance standard.
Prepare materials and recommendations for HR leadership, and Management (when required).
