  • Develop & Manage Marketing Strategies:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Manage the marketing budget, monitor campaign performance against KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
  • Execute Marketing Activities:
  • Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and project promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and project communications.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for project products.
  • Leverage market insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Project Brand Management
  • Strengthen the brand identity and market positioning of project products through effective brand management and promotional initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with advertising agencies, marketing vendors, media partners, and service providers to ensure effective execution of marketing and PR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, particularly the Sales team, to ensure alignment between marketing communications and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with applicable regulations and the Company's internal policies.
