1 .Talent Acquisition:
Support recruitment activities for intern and fresher hiring
Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate communications and recruitment database updates
Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus activities
Support recruitment reports and market talent insights
2 .Employer Branding:
Support content creation for recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal channels
Coordinate employer branding initiatives with universities and student communities
Help maintain SSI’s employer branding presence across digital platforms

Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and people-related functions
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, to support recruitment reporting and data management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or social media content creation is a plus
Good English communication is an advantage
