Continue to develop the Supplier Quality Program and qualify suppliers through quality surveys, quality manual reviews, and on-site assessments.
Conduct supplier training when necessary and serve as the technical interface between Engineering and suppliers.
Lead supplier development activities, including sourcing new suppliers and driving continuous improvement of existing suppliers.
Prepare monthly quality reports and other reports as required by the company.
Handle and monitor the nonconforming issues with suppliers.
Manage supplier NCR database, Supplier Corrective Action (SCAR) process and generate supplier quality reports.
Root cause is quickly determined and a corrective action plan Implemented.
Cycle time for closing RTV is reduced.
Provide technical support by collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing supplier nonconforming parts, supporting failure analysis, performing statistical analysis, and participating in internal, customer, and third-party audits.
