Independently manage projects from quotation, product development, and sampling according to customer requirements after receiving appropriate training.
Coordinate with internal departments to execute orders and closely monitor progress to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
Proactively and professionally communicate with customers, with guidance and support from the Headquarters in Germany.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting quality standards while maintaining cost control.
Develop new business opportunities with existing customers and/or identify areas for continuous improvement.
Report directly to the Department Manager.
