Execute the operations tax matters such as CIT, VAT, Tax return…
Ensure tax process is complied with local requirements and Global tax
Review all Tax accounts properly in SAP system. All Tax GL accounts must be reconciled for review and approval
Ensure proper recording and closing process for Tax functions.
Ensure proper recording and closing process of Tax: fulfil/accurate reconciliation VAT/FCT/DTA
Meet all reporting timelines of Corporate Tax and local Tax requirements in term of NO:TAX delay, no penalty, no interest
Prepare/Provide data for internal & external audit.
Develop KPI for Tax efficiency: CIT Planning/Tax saving/tax training
Standardize and simplify the process in periodic tax reporting via understanding the system and developing operational tools for such purposes to enhance tax reporting efficiency (Tool for VAT monthly report and reconciliation/Summary of Tax Payments monthly)
Strongly support for monthly closing and YE closing
Other works as assigned.
