Ensure all company Health & Safety policy and regulations are strictly implemented and satisfied.
Establish and maintain high level of Health and safety mindset/culture within own area of responsibility.
Create and maintain a world-class working environment with strong 5S practices, professional appearance, and safety best practices.
Ensure all SOPs/W.Is are reviewed/updated/followed correctly.
Ensure laboratory operational KPIs are met and continuously improved, including: Attempt per shade, Samples lead time, Lot per machine per day, sample rejection rate and Color quality promote to bulk.
Work with maintenance to identify and correct poorly performing machinery.
Control the laboratory working hour per output.
Manage effectively the communication between Sales & Marketing, customers and the laboratory.
Recommend, agree and implement improvements to the process flow with a view to making the color sampling service more competitive.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
Ensure working hour regulations are strictly followed.
Conduct Performance Review yearly with Subordinates.
