Assist the footwear product process and directly interact with vendors to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from proto into production.
Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the team leader.
Review the tech pack with oversea teams and vendors.
Coordinate with Raw Material Sourcing, Tooling and other teams to ensure timely delivery execution as required by design.
Ensure all specs are accurate and on schedule to support timeline.
Support sample material transfer between vendors; Support trims / 2nd upper process.
Heads up long lead-time projects to Supply Chain Management.
Communicate all products, shipping, tracking, between factory and overseas team.
Team up RA meeting internally and expand to SPs achieve CRFs corrections, clarification, and wear test /lab test samples during this stage.
Meet and influence product quality to meet the highest standard during each phase of sampling.
