Tổng quan

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting project-related activities under Japanese ODA, including the following:
(1) Project Management and Monitoring
Manage, supervise, and monitor various types of projects under Japanese ODA include:
Japanese ODA loan projects
Investment finance projects for the private sector
Public-private partnership (PPP) projects
Technical cooperation projects
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Representative

(1) Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
(2) Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of full-time working experience, including experience in the field of Development Assistance.
Experience in Japanese ODA loan projects is highly desirable.
Experience in negotiation with government agencies and/or external organizations is preferred.
Interpretation experience is an advantage.
(3) Language Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
o English: TOEIC score of 800 or above (or equivalent level) is preferred.
(4) Competencies and Skills
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
(5) Expected Attributes
