Tổng quan

The selected candidate will conduct PR and other activities with guidance and support from superiors in case of complex and advanced assignments. The tasks include:
1 Content Development and Communication
Review, edit, and translate PR materials(e.g, press releases, articles, interviews, and social media content such as Facebook posts, Youtube content).
Prepare communication materials in Japanese, English and Vietnamese.
2 Event Coordination and Administration
Organize and implement JICA events, including logistical arrangements and procurement procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of PR events and activities.
3 Executive Secretarial Support
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Representative and other staff (as necessary) of JICA Vietnam .
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, business trip coordination and document preparation for the Chief Representative and other staff (as necessary) of JICA Vietnam .
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Representative.

1 Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
2 Language Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese:• English: Equivalent to TOEIC score of 750 or above
Japanese: Minimum JLPT N2 level (N1 preferred)
3 Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an office environment.
Experience in PR, communications, or international organizations is highly desirable.
4 Competencies and Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
