Tổng quan

The selected candidate will be responsible for PR activities, including:
1 Content Development and Communication
Review, edit, and translate PR materials (e.g., press releases, articles, interviews, and social media content such as Facebook posts and Youtube content) in Japanese, English and Vietnamese languages.
Prepare communication materials in both Japanese and English.
2 Event Coordination and Administration
Organize and support JICA events, including logistical arrangements and procurement procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of PR events and activities.
3 Information Management
Maintain and update PR-related databases, including website content and communication materials (e.g., brochures, publications).
Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across communication platforms.
4 Equipment Management
Manage PR-related equipment (eg.,cameras, recording devices, and cue systems.)
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory control of equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Representative.

1 Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
2 Language Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese:• English: Equivalent to TOEIC score of 750 or above
Japanese: Minimum JLPT N2 level (N1 preferred)
3 Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an office environment.
Experience in PR, communications, or international organizations is highly desirable.
4 Competencies and Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
