Continuous Improvement
Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Environmental Management, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines. Relevant ESG / sustainability professional qualifications are an advantage.
3–5 years+ of relevant professional experience, including practical ESG/sustainability exposure.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional ESG, sustainability, transformation, governance, risk or compliance initiatives.
Solid working knowledge of ESG concepts and the ability to explain ESG requirements to non-ESG stakeholders.
Experience working with external consultants and translating recommendations into executable actions.
Strongly Preferred (Hands-on exposure to EcoVadis; Familiarity with GRI-aligned sustainability reporting; Experience in ESG data/evidence management; Experience in professional services, HR services, consulting or other knowledge-based organizations)
