Strategic Planning & Execution
Formulate and execute robust sales strategies and action plans to consistently achieve revenue targets and margin objectives.
Propose and manage the budget effectively, building comprehensive annual business plans with key retail partners.
Sales & Account Management
Directly oversee and optimize the performance of Key Accounts (including MM, Tops, Lotte, An Nam, Nam An, and Corners), ensuring brand visibility and service standards.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, campaigns, and distribution channels to expand market share and drive sustainable growth.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and coach the Retail team through clear KPI setting, performance incentives, and proactive problem-solving to foster a high-performance culture.
Effectively communicate the Retail Strategy to the team, ensuring alignment with the overall commercial objectives set by the Sales Manager.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Monitor sales activities and administrative compliance, including payment collections, debt management, and required documentation (HACCP, certifications, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with supervisor level.
Prior experience in MT channel sales
Basic English communication
