- PR Planning, Content Strategy & Media Booking Management
- Screen movie and conduct market research (audience, competitor, ..etc) to identify communication opportunities and PR/Digital Marketing Plans to maximize media exposure and audience awareness.
- Ideate and execute creative marketing initiatives/content strategies including but not limited to: Social Channels as well as monitor audience sentiment, social conversations, and market trends to quickly adapt communication strategies during theatrical release.
- Plan and manage media buying and bookings across: Press and online publications; Entertainment and community pages; KOLs/KOCs; Influencers and content creators.
- Plan and coordinate film premiere events, sneak previews, fan screenings, and other publicity activities.
- Manage guest invitations and attendance, including media, influencers, celebrities, partners, and VIP guests.
- PR Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the assigned PR/Digital Marketing budget for each film campaign, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
- Prepare regular reports, including: Campaign Performance Report, Media Coverage Report, Earned Media Performance, Social Performance, Booking Performance, Budget Tracking
- Provide recommendations to optimize campaign ROI and improve future PR initiatives.
- Prepare purchase requests, payment documentation, and vendor-related administrative paperwork as required.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Collaborate/Manage external partners (PR/Digital agencies/Productions house/ freelancer..etc) to ensure paid media activities are aligned with the overall PR, content strategy, quality standards, objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners throughout campaign execution.
