Education - Major: University - Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering and related for air-conditioner.

Cooperate with R&D of Daikin Thailand to ensure new models produced at Daikin Vietnam are not delayed
Determine the specification of new products transferred from other market into Vietnam market with localized production.
When parts or materials are changed, we create the necessary documentation, revise drawings, and issue DCS
Control and manage the development process for new products transferred from other plants that are produced by Daikin Vietnam.
Pursue whole development process of the new product from parts/material evaluation to mass production without delay.
Coordinate with other departments in the factory so that the trial production for new products is not delayed.
Develop new parts/materials from the market to improve product specifications and realize cost reduction
