- Develop plans to approach potential customers
- Search for and provide consultation to companies in need of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and other import-export related services
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and sign service contracts with customers
- Coordinate with other departments to handle any arising issues, including customer complaints, requests, or proposals
- Keep up to date with new regulations on import-export, tax, and customs procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Board of Directors
