Team Size Management: Lead a team of 6 - 8 young, dynamic, and passionate members.
Event Project Management
Receive briefs from the Account team.
Develop implementation plans, project timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure work progress and quality.
Oversee the entire operational process before, during, and after the event.
Client Management
Participate in pitching, proposal development, and concept presentations.
Consult on event organization solutions aligned with client objectives.
Maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction levels.
Handle ad-hoc requests and emergency situations during project implementation.
Budget & Vendor Management
Prepare cost estimations and control project budgets.
Negotiate and work with partners and suppliers.
Manage contracts, acceptance testing, and payments.
Optimize costs while ensuring program quality.
Project Staff Coordination & Management
Assign tasks to the Operations team, freelancers, PG/PB, and related units.
Guide, train, and supervise the project execution team.
Evaluate the performance of project personnel.
Reporting & Improvement
Prepare comprehensive project summary reports.
Evaluate program effectiveness based on agreed KPIs.
Propose solutions to improve processes and enhance service quality.
