  • Stable monthly base of VND 8,000,000 to 9,500,000, rising after regularisation.
  • Uncapped bonus of VND 2,300,000 for every paying nomination you secure.
  • The more you close, the more you take home.
  • The main responsibility is to contact top-level executives of the largest companies in Asia through outbound calls and discuss the details of the awards being organised.
  • Research and identify the appropriate contact person for each company using their website and other relevant platforms.
  • Persuade/encourage senior executives to register and attend by discussing thoroughly the value of participating in the given event.
  • Consistently perform daily outbound calls and other communication methods to connect with executives.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily target and overall project target.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up actions.
  • WHAT YOU WILL EARN
  • Monthly base salary of VND 8,000,000 to 9,500,000, with a guaranteed increase upon regularisation.
  • Uncapped performance bonus of VND 2,300,000 for every paying nomination you secure.
  • Fixed weekends off and fixed working hours (8:30 to 17:30). Work-life balance is a priority.
