Tổng quan

Food Safety Compliance
Ensure store operations comply with food safety regulations, company standards, and HACCP requirements.
Conduct regular food safety inspections and internal audits at stores.
Follow up corrective actions for non-compliance findings.
Food Safety Monitoring
Monitor food safety conditions for fresh and processed products in stores.
Coordinate product sampling and testing with external laboratories.
Support product recall, investigation, and resolution of food safety incidents or customer complaints.
Training & Awareness
Conduct food safety training and awareness sessions for store employees.
Track completion of mandatory food safety certifications and training records.
Licenses & Regulatory Coordination
Support stores in obtaining and renewing food safety licenses and certifications (e.g., Food Safety Certificate, HACCP).
Coordinate with local authorities during inspections and regulatory audits.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain food safety documentation, records, and compliance reports.
Monitor validity of training certificates, equipment calibration, and regulatory documents.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Biotechnology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or retail/FMCG environment.
Knowledge of Vietnamese food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
