Tổng quan

Provide legal advice on laws and regulations relating to real estate, project transfer, land registration, construction…
Advise on deal structures for expansion and development of supermarkets and/or commercial centers
Identify and mitigate legal risks relating to commercial and real estate transactions
Provide advice and propose solutions in order to secure supermarket/ commercial center expansion/development projects
Draft, update and review major contracts such as land lease agreement, building lease agreement, project transfer contracts, assets transfer agreements, share purchase contracts, construction contracts and other related legal documents
Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partners…
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Head of Project Legal.

Knowledge
Strong knowledge in legal matters relating to real estate, projects and foreign investment
Professional background in retail and commercial sector.

Well-organized.
Education : Bachelor of law (Legal Practice Certificate is a plus)
Experience : 7-10 years of legal professional practice (reputable Vietnam law firms, foreign law firms, MNC in Vietnam).
Attitude: Hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Language: fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Computers skills : proficient in MS Office.
