Investment Analysis and Evaluation (Pre-investment) – accounts for 70% workload
Develop investment/financial models and perform sensitivity analysis to assess investment returns
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and give advice to the stakeholders
Prepare presentation/deck/memorandums for the Investment committee
Participate in end-to-end progress, including financial modeling, market research, and legal assessment.
Performance review (Post-investment) – accounts for 30% workload
Prepare and maintain the Performance tracker in terms of P&L, CAPEX budget,… to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of funding
To gather insights and advise action plans to stakeholders in order to improve performance
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
