Develop and execute store development plans aligned with business growth and each brand’s positioning.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable store locations through market research, site assessments, and feasibility studies.
Negotiate with landlords, developers, and agents to secure favorable lease terms.
Oversee the end-to-end process of new store openings, relocations, closures, and renovations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, VM, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal) to ensure smooth execution of store development initiatives.
Monitor market and retail property trends, providing insights and recommendations to support portfolio expansion.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports related to store development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate networks to support long-term expansion opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal/regulatory requirements in all projects.
