SALES LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Lead achievement of revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
Develop annual and quarterly sales plans.
Drive like-for-like growth and store productivity improvement.
Manage KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ASP, UPT, Attach Rate and Store Contribution.
RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
Own end-to-end store operations standards.
Ensure execution of SOPs, VM, customer experience and compliance.
Improve productivity, inventory accuracy and retail profitability.
OMNICHANNEL RETAIL PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
Lead relationships with major retail partners including Dien May Xanh, Nguyen Kim, FPT Shop, CellphoneS and other electronics retailers.
Develop joint business plans, product launch plans and retail activation programs.
Improve Dyson visibility, conversion and share of shelf across partner networks.
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & CAPABILITY BUILDING
Lead and develop District Managers, Operations Managers and field teams.
Build leadership capability, succession planning and performance culture.
Drive engagement, accountability and talent retention.
RETAIL EXECUTION & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Deliver premium Dyson customer experience standards.
Improve selling capability, product demonstration quality and service recovery processes.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Partner closely with Country Head, Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Support forecasting, inventory planning and business reviews.
