Coordinate and guide catering supplier on day-to-day operation by overseeing the whole canteen operation from kitchens to serving lines.
Coordinate and guide catering supplier on any hospitality request.
Point of contact for catering suppliers to coordinate with internal team for any kitchen maintenance or issues.
Respond to customer requests and complaints about the canteen operation.
Observe catering supplier to ensure meeting clients' expectations, operation standards, food safety standards, and menu options.
Manage meal subsidy system.
Randomly perform night/weekend shift audit to ensure the consistency of performance and standards.
Present a professional appearance and articulate mannerisms.
Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Coordinate with Catering Manager in audits and inspections in order to meeting expectations.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
