Draft and prepare standard and review non-standard corporate loans documentation for bilateral/syndication loans.
Ensure completeness of legal and collateral documents by checking for necessary conditions precedent / condition subsequent.
Ensure duly execution of loan documentations in line with the approved terms and conditions and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Process required input in internal and external systems related to credit limits, collateral, and guarantor information.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysis Department, and legal or external counsel for non-standard loan documentation processes.

Engage in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Verify and confirm periodically at the time of renewal/review of credit limits that all required security/support documents are physically held in safe custody; monitoring expiry dates of collateral, collateral valuation and insurance to remind RMs/ Credit Risk for taking actions; and periodic clean-up of old and obsolete facility/security documents upon settlement.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team head/Operation.
Ensure credit onboarding and ongoing monitoring are processed and delivered within the agreed level of SLA, TAT, accuracy and within discretions and compliant with procedures/ policies/ regulations
Internal control of operation process
Well quality and accuracy of transactions and reports
Achievement of required training, number of customer complaints
