Tổng quan

  • Supported and monitored end-to-end treasury operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.
  • Process and settle daily treasury back-office transactions, including Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and other treasury products, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation of payment gateways, ensuring consistency between core banking and Nostro accounts, monitoring transaction routing status, and supporting treasury cash flow requirements as instructed by Front Office.
  • Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury operations report to State Bank of Vietnam, Head Office, and other ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Review and prepare specific agreements, master/framework agreements, and other pre-settlement risk document related to financial transactions. Ensure all required document is completed and in place prior to transaction execution.
  • Collaborate with team members, and relevant stakeholders to review, enhance, and implement treasury operation Standard Operating Procedures, internal policies, master/framework agreements, and bank-wide templates for both existing and new treasury products.
  • Develop test scenarios and participate in SIT/UAT testing for new product launches, system enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Review and process Relationship Management Application (RMA) requests, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on legal documentation, name screening, and KYC-related matters arising during RMA setup and maintenance.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects, operational initiatives, and other treasury-related tasks as assigned by the Operations Head or Team Head.
