Tổng quan

Purpose: Follow the SOP and regulations to complete transactions and reports correctly.
Compliance with internal and external regulations to ensure transactions and reports executed correctly.
Follow instructions and complete the assignment by supervisor.
To learn and enrich professional knowledge and skills positively.
Process overseas and local inward and outward remittance transactions via SWIFT, CITAD, and other electronic payment systems.
Verify payment instructions, supporting documents, and underlying contracts for international transfers to ensure legitimacy.
Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) screening for all transaction initiators and beneficiaries.
Deep knowledge of foreign exchange control regulations and AML/CFT standards.
To prepare daily reports and monthly operations reports as required by Supervisor/Team lead.
To participate projects as required from time to time.
Knowledge of account opening procedures, FX, and time deposit for corporate clients will be preferred.
Key Performance Index (KPI)
Non-financial Aspect:
Well quality and accuracy of transactions and reports.
Achievement of required training, number of customer complaints.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and resolve complex operational issues.
