End-to-end module ownership & solution design: Discover problems, define scope, design user flows, and set success metrics for the module you own; produce clear PRD/BRD, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that align UX and business rules.
System & API impact assessment: For every incoming requirement, quickly identify which systems/modules will be touched and propose a reasonable, high-level solution direction. Read and reason about API specs (request/response, auth, error codes) and system interaction diagrams well enough to spot feasibility issues, dependencies, and edge cases early — before handing off to Engineering/Architects…
Cross-functional execution & delivery management: Work closely with IT/Engineering, Risk, Compliance/Legal, Operations/CS, and Business/BD to align priorities and deliver; track progress, dependencies, and risks; ensure high-quality delivery through UAT/regression and release readiness checks.
Post-launch monitoring & internal enablement: Build KPI dashboards, analyze performance and feedback to drive iterative improvements; translate internal users' pain points into Back Office and process enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, and usability.
