Tổng quan

  • Maintain and review product cost structures, standard costs, BOMs, routings, and costing parameters in the ERP system.
  • Set up and update new product costs, material costs, labor rates, and overhead absorption rates in accordance with company policies.
  • Validate costing data and ensure the accuracy of cost-related master data in the system.
  • Perform cost roll-up and standard cost updates to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze manufacturing cost variances and investigate discrepancies between actual and standard costs.
  • Support month-end cost closing, inventory valuation, and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure accurate costing information and system integrity.
  • Participate in ERP/system enhancement projects related to costing processes and master data management.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Analysis, Manufacturing Accounting, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies.
