- Working Location: 5BT2, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi
- Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM | Monday – Friday
- Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the company's Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), working alongside the Infrastructure Lead (On-prem) within the company's hybrid cloud model.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud systems supporting production workloads.
- Establish effective observability, incident response, and disaster recovery mechanisms to minimize service downtime.
- Lead the Cloud Infra team (~4 engineers) and coordinate with the On-prem Infra Lead, Backend, QA, and Security teams to ensure consistent, reliable infrastructure operations.
- A. Cloud Infrastructure Architecture & Operations
- Design, deploy, and operate highly available, self-healing cloud-native infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, VPC, ALB/NLB...)
- Define and enforce SLIs/SLOs/SLAs; lead capacity planning and performance benchmarking to prevent bottlenecks.
- B. CI/CD, Containers & Observability
- Build and standardize CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI/ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform, Helm) to ensure safe, fast releases.
- Lead Kubernetes (EKS) operations at scale; build observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki) and lead incident response/RCA.
- C. Security & Cost Efficiency
- Enforce least-privilege IAM, secret management, and security monitoring across production systems.
- Apply FinOps practices (rightsizing, autoscaling, Savings Plans) to balance reliability and cost.
- D. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of ~4 Cloud/DevOps/SRE engineers; own the cloud technical roadmap.
- Partner with the Infrastructure Lead (On-prem), Backend, QA, and Security teams to standardize release processes and keep the hybrid architecture consistent.
- Report infrastructure status, incidents, and cloud spend to the CTO regularly.
- Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps/SRE, including experience leading a team; SaaS or large-scale microservices background preferred.
- Proficient with core AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch) and Terraform (required).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm at scale, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI), and GitOps (ArgoCD is a plus).
- Experience implementing observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) and defining SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.
- Solid understanding of system security (IAM/RBAC, secret management, least privilege) and FinOps/cost optimization.
- Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead/mentor a technical team, with strong communication skills across technical teams and senior stakeholders.
