Tổng quan

Handle daily sea import shipments from pre-alert to cargo delivery.
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, co-loaders and trucking companies.
Check and process import documents: B/L, Arrival Notice, D/O, Invoice, Packing List, C/O, etc.
Follow up vessel schedules, shipment status and D/O release.
Coordinate import customs clearance and delivery to customers.
Check import charges, prepare debit notes/invoices and control shipment costs.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and shipment-related issues.
Update shipment information and maintain proper records according to company SOPs.
