Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping under VAS and Group policies.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal and Head Office reporting.
Monitor project accounting, cost allocation, and cash flow.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for real estate projects.
Highlight financial risks and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Prepare and review periodic tax filings and support tax audits.
Liaise with auditors and tax authorities when required.
Lead finance/accounting process improvement and internal control initiatives.
Drive accounting system and ERP enhancement projects where applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams on finance-related initiatives and projects.
Supervise and guide accounting team members in daily operations.
