Immersive Cost & Contract exposure:
Gain end-to-end exposure across cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for residential and mixed-use developments.
Contribute to the enhancement of CapitaLand's Cost & Contract standards, SOPs, and best practices across projects and cities.
Support AI and innovation initiatives, including AI-assisted contract review, digital cost analytics, and process automation.
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Specialized learning roadmap:
Participate in an 18-month rotational program across 2–3 key functions, with each assignment lasting 6–9 months.
Rotate across Cost & Contract, Project Management, and other related business functions, developing your core expertise in Cost & Contract while broadening your business perspective through cross-functional and optional cross-city rotations.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in the Cost & Contract team.
