  • 1. Ensure “SAFETY FIRST” principle is effectively implemented in all activities of maintenance through monitoring and coaching on working site of Technician, Engineers and related stakeholders.
  • 2. Lead maintenance schedule and plan processes including creation, optimization, effectiveness improvement, and continuous enhancement to improve maintenance performance.
  • 3. Ensure compliance of team maintenance processes with Safety, Quality, Sustainability, and Company standards.
  • 4. Provide reliability engineering support to team sectors for reliability improvement initiatives and Maintenance technical needs.
  • 5. Deploy and improve maintenance methods (BMA/CMMS, RCA, Short loop, Bib Solv+, etc.) with appropriate scorecards, KPIs, indicators, and performance monitoring systems.
  • 6. Drive equipment performance improvement including TRSP improvement for bottleneck equipment, maintenance cost optimization, spare parts inventory reduction, and consumption reduction.
  • 7. Develop technical and maintenance method competencies for team Engineers and Technicians; develop and deploy the process to evaluate Technician skills and competency levels.
  • 8. Define and continuously improve machine technical standards applicable to the team function to support all SMQDC domains.
  • 9. Ensure maintenance activity quality and continuous improvement mindset through effective governance, standardization, and performance management.
  • 10. Integrate maintainability and reliability requirements into existing equipment improvements and new equipment projects.
  • 11. Develop and coordinate equipment obsolescence and replacement plans for critical components and systems section manager.
  • 12. Support major problem-solving activities in coordination with Manager and team sectors to provide technical input for continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • 13. Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on maintenance performance, ISO audits, and compliance audits.
  • 1. Governance & Compliance: Comply with company safety rules, quality systems, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Manager.
